Summary

Fetch (“the app”) is made by XCELAUDIT TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“we”, “us”). We do not collect, store, sell or share your personal data. Fetch has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking. Your files and their names, tags and notes stay on your device and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account, which we cannot access.

Permissions

  • Microphone and Speech Recognition — only when you use the mic, Siri or dictation.
  • Photos — only to add photos you choose.
  • iCloud — only if iCloud sync is on, to keep your library the same across your devices.

You can change these at any time in Settings on iPhone and iPad, or System Settings → Privacy & Security on Mac.

Data we collect

None. We do not operate servers that receive your files or usage. Fetch contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Crash reports

If you have chosen to share analytics with developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports. These contain no personal information and are used only to fix problems.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays until you delete it. Deleting a file in Fetch removes it from the app and from your iCloud copy. Deleting the app removes its on-device data; to remove synced data, delete the Fetch folder from iCloud Drive or manage it in your iCloud settings.

Children

Fetch is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. All your data is under your control on your devices and iCloud account. If you have questions, contact us below.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
