Agreement
By downloading or using Fetch you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. Fetch is provided by XCELAUDIT TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
Purchases and subscriptions
Fetch is free to use for fifteen items. Every feature works on the free tier — voice, Siri, Shortcuts, the keyboard, widgets and document reading. The limit is on how many items you store, not on what the app will do.
Nothing you have already saved is ever locked away. If you reach fifteen items and decide not to buy, those fifteen items stay reachable.

Prices shown are US App Store prices and vary by region. Your local price and currency are shown before you confirm any purchase. A purchase unlocks Fetch on iPhone, iPad and Mac under the same Apple Account.
Auto-renewal. A monthly subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use of Fetch is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Using Fetch
- You are responsible for the files you add and for having the right to store and share them.
- Keep your own backups of important files. iCloud sync depends on Apple's services and your available storage.
- Voice and text recognition may occasionally mishear or misread. Check the file before you share or copy anything important.
Availability
We work to keep Fetch reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change as the app is updated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, XCELAUDIT TECHNOLOGIES LLP is not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages arising from your use of Fetch.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Fetch after changes means you accept them.
